We are seeking a proven, result-oriented Commercial Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and developing relationships with B2B clients to get 5-7 day per week commercial janitorial service contracts. Also, to driving business growth through effective sales strategies, relationships. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, strong ability to close contracts, and a deep understanding of technology sales, and the ability to generate leads through various channels.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our offerings.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, utilizing CRM software for tracking progress.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process to enhance client relationships.
• Utilize Salesforce for territory management, account management, and reporting on sales activities.
• Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing clients.
• Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Must pass a 50-state back ground and credit check.
• Proven experience in outside sales or direct sales within a B2B environment is essential.
• Strong background in account management and business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is a plus.
• Experience with CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Strong analytical skills to assess market conditions and customer needs effectively.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong emphasis on customer service.
• Previous experience in retail sales or inside sales can be beneficial.
