We offer a casual work environment, an intentional culture, and opportunities to learn, grow, and build a career with us.**Mallory Safety & Supply is hiring an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our Accounting team in Longview, Washington!**This is an **in-person, Monday through Friday position from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM**, with the potential for some hybrid flexibility in the future.As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you’ll play an important role in keeping our customer accounts accurate and our payments moving. This position involves communicating with customers about outstanding balances, posting payments, researching invoice discrepancies, and following up to make sure issues are resolved.We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with numbers and systems, and able to keep track of multiple priorities without needing to be reminded what needs to be done.
