The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience in physical therapy. A National License to practice as a Physical Therapist is required. BLS Certification and Competency Validation are mandatory. Candidates must provide a Health Statement, TB Test/PPD, and a Drug Screen. Documentation for Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Tdap, and Flu Vaccines is required. COVID-19 vaccination is necessary, in accordance with current health guidelines. Completion of a Physical Therapist Skills Assessment and Test will be part of the hiring process. A State License and driver's license or state ID are necessary for consideration. Candidates must undergo a background check and provide references. Annual TB screening must be completed as part of ongoing health requirements.
