Job Description:

SEASONAL - TRAVEL - RN for the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU). Responsible for providing specialized nursing care for neonatal patients at the NICU level.

Responsibilities:

• Provide care in a unit with patient ratios of 2:1 NICU and 3:1 NSCU.
• Utilize equipment such as Medela, Alaris, Ohmeda, Drager, ECG: Philips, GE.
• Perform procedures including IV, Whole Body Cooling, Surgical Cases (NEC, PDA, CVC), PDA Ligations, High Frequency Ventilation, and Chest Tubes.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-year current acute care NICU hospital experience.
• BLS & NRP certifications.
• Active KS licensure.
• Preferred: Level IV NICU experience, Prior Meditech experience, and experience traveling to large teaching facilities.
