*Pay:* $28.00-$35.00/hour (Based on Experience)
*Schedule:* Monday-Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced *Pipe Welder/Fabrication Welder* to join a growing fabrication team. This position is responsible for performing high-quality pipe welding and fabrication work, reading blueprints, assisting with project layout, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to producing quality workmanship.

Responsibilities

* Perform all pipe welding and fabrication shop welding.
* Read and interpret blueprints and fabrication drawings.
* Assist with the layout and preparation of fabrication projects.
* Operate welding equipment and pipe positioners safely and efficiently.
* Maintain welding equipment and report maintenance needs.
* Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards.
* Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety policies.
* Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

* Minimum of *5 years of pipe welding experience*.
* Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
* Experience using a weld pipe positioner.
* Knowledge of general plumbing and piping installation is a plus.
* Proficient with hand and power tools.
* Strong mathematical and measurement skills.
* Ability to work with precision while maintaining productivity.
* Must be able to successfully pass a *pipe welding test (GMAW, GTAW, and SMAW).*

Education

* High School Diploma or GED required.
* Trade school or vocational training is a plus.

Physical Requirements

* Vision correctable to 20/50.
* Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
* Ability to work overtime or alternate shifts as needed.

Requirements

* Valid driver's license.
* Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
* Must successfully complete an *on-site weld test* during the hiring process.

Interview Process

* Initial Teams interview may be available.
* Final interview is conducted *in person* and includes a required weld test.
