Professional Glendale, AZ, US 6 days ago Requisition ID: 2388 Salary Range: $128,000.00 To $164,000.00 Annually SAGE Counseling is actively looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) . The PMHNP is responsible for providing comprehensive, patient-centered psychiatric care to individuals with general mental health conditions and co-occurring substance use disorders. This role focuses on delivering evidence‑based assessment, diagnosis and treatment services, including medication management and supportive interventions. The PMHNP conducts psychiatric evaluations, develops and implements treatment plans, monitors patient progress, and adjusts care as clinically indicated. The position emphasizes integrated recovery‑oriented care that supports stabilization, symptom management, improved functioning and successful reintegration into the community. This is a Full‑Time position; Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm Clients are seen in person at our Tempe, Scottsdale, or Glendale office – you will have an office based out of the one of these offices that is closest to your home. Some travel may be required to visit these offices as needed. Qualifications: Required: Current, unrestricted state license to practice as a Psychiatrist (MD/DO) or Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) Board certification (Psychiatry or PMHNP‑BC) Active DEA registration Valid and active Fingerprint Clearance Card Current CPR/First Aid Certification Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience in psychiatry Experience with Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) services Preferred: Background supporting justice‑involved population with co‑occurring behavioral health needs, including addiction. Experience in community health, integrated care, or FQHC settings Familiarity with electronic health record systems and population health reporting tools Pay: $128,000 to $164,000 per year, depending on experience SAGE is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
