Sales Specialist - Bridal Sales

Dana Rebecca Designs is seeking an experienced Bridal Sales Specialist to guide couples through the engagement and wedding journey with expertise, creativity, and care. This role is ideal for a relationship driven professional who brings both technical knowledge and a personal touch, someone who can combine GIA-certified expertise with the ability to create a luxury experience at every step. What We’re Looking For Proven success in fine jewelry sales with a bridal focus Active, revenue-producing client book GIA certification in diamonds and/or colored gemstones (required) Exceptional relationship-building skills and product expertise Team player who embraces DRD’s core values and culture of excellence What You’ll Do Proactively prospect and generate new leads through referrals and networking events Host personalized bridal consultations (virtual and private), guiding clients through diamond selection, settings, and custom design Build lifelong client relationships through milestone and anniversary selling Support clients in our two Chicago showrooms: 676 N Michigan Ave and 29 E. Madison Maintain detailed client records, from wish-lists to purchase history, in order to personalize every client interaction Provide exceptional aftercare, ensuring each client remains a valued part of the DRD family Performance Expectations Consistently meet or exceed monthly and annual bridal sales goals Maintain a high closing rate on bridal consultations (virtual and private) Generate strong referral volume from current and past bridal clients Drive repeat sales for holidays and milestone occasions Uphold and exemplify DRD’s core values in every client and team interaction #J-18808-Ljbffr Dana Rebecca Designs
