Field Sales Professional – BSN Sports BSN SPORTS is hiring a full-time Hybrid Field Sales Professional to serve schools, clubs, YMCA organizations, and other community-based athletic programs in Worthington, OH. WORK TYPE Full-time Hybrid – must live in the territory and travel 2–5 days per week. COMPENSATION The base salary ranges from $50,000 to $60,000 annually, plus potential performance‑based incentives. LOCATION Worthington, OH 43085. The position is a hybrid of home‑office and field‑based work. WORK HOURS Hours may vary based on customer needs; evenings and weekends may be required. TRAVEL REQUIREMENT Travel is primarily local to schools and organizations within the territory (2–5+ days per week) with occasional overnight trips beyond the area. HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT The Field Sales Professional will serve as a consultative partner, driving full‑cycle sales execution—from proactive prospecting and lead generation to account management and post‑sale service—while simplifying operations for coaches. WHAT YOU WILL DO Provide consultative customer service to coaches across the assigned territory. Generate revenue and meet sales and growth targets. Actively develop and qualify leads through cold‑calling and lead‑generation campaigns. Demonstrate resilience and turn challenges into opportunities. Navigate the company’s CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking. Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels. Utilize data‑driven intelligence to identify new trends and opportunities. Manage your account list and travel to locations within the assigned territory. QUALIFICATIONS Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Self‑direction and autonomy in managing tasks and responsibilities. Excellent problem‑solving, organizational, and multi‑tasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication abilities. Effective time‑management and prioritization skills. Intermediate skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM. Ability to maintain a distraction‑free home office environment. Education and Experience 3+ years of business‑to‑business outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or a coaching/sports‑related background. Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; a bachelor’s degree is preferred. Reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
