Key Responsibilities * Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities, mobility challenges, and rehabilitation needs, leading to personalized care strategies. * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans employing evidence-based methodologies, including manual therapy, exercise regimens, and patient education initiatives. * Utilize Raintree software to maintain accurate electronic health records, ensuring compliance with clinic policies and enabling effective communication across the care team. * Support patients and their caregivers by providing education on treatment protocols, lifestyle modifications, and effective injury prevention strategies. * Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting therapy interventions as necessary to enhance recovery outcomes and overall patient satisfaction. Patient Population / Client Focus Our patient population primarily consists of individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal issues.
