Compensation: $19.00 -$21.00 per hour - paid weekly

Schedule: 1st & 2nd Shift | Monday-Friday

Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Operators and Finishers for a leading manufacturing company in Brainerd, MN. What You'll Do as a Production Operator:

• Operate production equipment including rotational molding and vacuum forming machines
• Load and unload molds and manage materials throughout the production process
• Perform secondary operations such as routing, flaming, fiber glassing, and assembly
• Inspect molds, tooling changes, and finished components to ensure quality standards are met
• Follow and verify all production procedures, documentation, and work instructions
• Support continuous improvement efforts and suggest process enhancements or cost-saving ideas
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and promote a safe working environment
• Assist across multiple production functions as needed to support operational demands

What You Need to Bring to the Production Operator Role:

• Experience in manufacturing or production processes (rotational molding preferred)
• Familiarity with molding, assembly, and secondary production operations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
• High attention to detail with a focus on quality and accuracy
• Self-motivated, flexible, and adaptable to changing production needs
• Physical ability to lift up to 60 pounds and work long shifts in a warm environment with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to follow written procedures, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with standards.
