Maintenance Manager

Adecco Permanent Recruitment has partnered with a leading manufacturing client to find a full-time Maintenance Manager for their plant located in Nashville, TN.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop maintenance supervisors and team members.
• Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
• Drive continuous improvement through root cause analysis, TPM, and maintenance best practices.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
• Partner with engineering and operations to support production goals and ensure a safe work environment.
• Manage maintenance planning, work orders, and systems, including SAP PM.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 3+ years of experience leading maintenance operations and/or maintenance teams.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge, including PLCs.
• Knowledge of preventive/predictive maintenance and reliability programs.
• Must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. Client is unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
