Pay Range: $31 –$38 / hourly (Full-Time, Exempt)

About the Role

Are you an organized field operations professional who excels at keeping projects running smoothly? We are seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for our high-growth Northeast field operations. Working directly alongside our Director and Field Supervisors, you will own project tracking, permitting, job costing, and subcontractor coordination for our wireless infrastructure rollouts.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Execution: Track critical project milestones, manage local permitting and municipal licensing processes, and lead vendor/subcontractor onboarding.
• Financial & Cost Control: Own project purchasing and job costing, maintaining strict accuracy in project data and budgets.
• Estimating & Scoping: Independently develop estimates, proposals, and scopes of work for small-to-midsize assignments (surveys, system maintenance, field inspections); assist PMs on major project rollouts.
• Documentation & Closeout: Assemble closeout packages, survey reports, and technical documentation to keep field technicians and teams operating efficiently.
• Team & Brand Support: Mentor junior coordinators, represent Mann Wireless at local industry events, and assist with corporate team initiatives and company celebrations.

Requirements:

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years of project coordination experience in construction, technical field service, telecommunications, or wireless/low-voltage infrastructure.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Teams, Excel, Word) and specialized project management or job-costing software tools.
• Field Readiness: High school diploma (or equivalent); valid driver's license (for essential job-related site travel).
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; ability to manage client expectations and escalate field or safety concerns swiftly.
• Self-Starter Mindset: High personal standards for data integrity, accountability, and collaborative problem-solving.
