THE ROLE

This Sr. Product Marketing Manager, Data Center Partners role is a brand new opportunity created due to our continued growth. You will own and drive joint go-to-market (GTM) initiatives with ecosystem partners in support of our Datacenter Solutions Group with AMD. This role sits at the intersection of partner management, product marketing, and sales enablement, working closely with strategic ecosystem partners primarily including OEMs, ODMs, ISVs, system integrators, and internal AMD stakeholders – and will translate partnerships into measurable market impact. This new opportunity is an individual contributor role (not a people manager), and is based in Austin, TX.

THE PERSON

You are a proactive relationship builder and connector within and across the company and with external customers and partners. As an experienced product marketing program manager, you can align cross-functional teams, structure joint value propositions, generate necessary public and internal content and execute campaigns that accelerate adoption of AMD Datacenter Solutions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage joint go-to-market initiatives with ecosystem partners including OEMs, ODMs, ISVs, system integrators in support of AMD Datacenter Solutions objectives with focus on AI infrastructure. Build and execute joint GTM plans with strategic ecosystem partners, including co-marketing campaigns, joint solution briefs, collaborative reference designs and co-branded launch activities. Serve as the primary Product Marketing point between Datacenter Solutions, other AMD business units and partner organizations, coordinating priorities, timelines, and deliverables on both sides. Partner with AMD product management, specific ecosystem management, corporate marketing, and sales teams to identify joint GTM opportunities aligned with product roadmaps and launch milestones. Develop partner-facing enablement assets (pitch decks, competitive positioning, solution collateral, micro-sites) that help partners sell AMD designed Solutions. Track and report on joint initiative performance, including pipeline influence, campaign reach, partner engagement health, and GTM milestone completion. Coordinate joint participation in industry events, trade shows, sponsorships and partner summits, including co-presentations, demo stations, and briefings. Manage partner onboarding for new GTM programs, ensuring partners have access to the technical, marketing, and sales resources needed to execute jointly. Act as an internal advocate for partner needs, feeding partner market insight and competitive intelligence back into AMD product and marketing planning. Build strong, trust-based relationships with partner marketing, business development, and sales leadership counterparts.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Deep product marketing experience in partner management, channel marketing, alliance management, or GTM program management, ideally within semiconductor, datacenter, server, or enterprise IT ecosystems: Demonstrated experience building and executing joint go-to-market plans with OEM/ODM, ISV or system integrator partners, with focus on AI centric solutions. Strong program management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple cross-functional stakeholders and manage competing priorities and deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating partner- and customer-facing content. Working knowledge of datacenter and server ecosystem dynamics, including CPUs, GPUs, network and storage platforms, and systems-level solutions. Demonstrated, exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal teams and external partner organizations. Prior experience at a semiconductor, server OEM/ODM, or hyperscale cloud company, including an established network of contacts within the datacenter AI partner ecosystem is a plus. Technical fluency in AI, Server, CPU, or datacenter infrastructure solutions sufficient to engage credibly with partner technical teams, peer Ecosystem Partner engagement team and Solutions Product Management.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, AI Domains or a related field with relevant experience; MBA is preferred and a plus. This role is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
