We are looking for Full‑Time and Part‑Time Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Physical Therapy Assistants, and Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (PT, OT, ST, PTA, COTA) to join our team! Job Opening Locations Include: Minneapolis, Saint Paul, Columbia Heights, Blaine, Buffalo, Maple Plain, Cold Spring, Willmar, Milaca, Princeton, Fargo (ND), Des Moines (IA). Wage Range: $23 - $65 per hour depending on therapy position and experience. We offer a competitive wage, benefits, mileage reimbursement ($0.70 per mile) and most positions offer a bonus or tuition reimbursement. New grads are welcome to apply. Therapist Responsibilities Provide high‑quality therapy services to enhance residents’ mobility, independence and overall well‑being. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (assist with this for PTAs & COTAs). Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support care. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulations. Therapist Qualifications Current licensure for MN, ND or IA. Passion for working with individuals with diverse therapy needs.
