Welcome to a medical center where you’re the center of attention. Pay Range Salary: $70,637.00 – $113,027.00 New opportunity as a Supervisor of Dermatology and Colorectal Surgery Clinics. The Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operations of Overlake Medical Clinics (OMC) services for the Dermatology and Colorectal practices. Responsible for PSR/MA staffing for two different clinics, filling in as PSR, referral coordinator, and surgery scheduler when needed. Assists with patient and staff rounding, orders supplies, and provides leadership and good communication skills. Collaborates with other members of the health‑care team to determine care priorities and, in collaboration with the Director of Operations, assists with managing OMC services to ensure high‑quality patient care and adherence to budgetary parameters. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education required. BA preferred. Two years of lead or supervisory experience in a similar position within a hospital, clinic, or related field is preferred. Certification in a professional association preferred. If applicable, must maintain licensure as appropriate to profession. Knowledge of and experience with automated systems required (Microsoft Windows, EMR, etc.). Why join Overlake?
