HOW WILL YOU AFFECT THE BUSINESS?

Lead claims supervisors and adjusters to provide high quality and efficient service. Drive adjuster hiring and training to champion a culture of performance and continuous improvement. Use Gallagher’s technology to enhance your team's efficiency and quality. Ensure appropriate licenses and/or certifications for employees. Connect with clients, carriers and brokers in a professional, positive and proactive manner. Optimally manage multiple competing priorities, identify coaching opportunities and position team members for successful development. About You

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma Minimum of 12 years related claims experience At least 3 years of supervisory experience Appropriately licensed and/or certified in all states in which claims are being handled Knowledge of all team member related functions
