Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Cardiology – Celebration, Florida The AdventHealth Transplant Institute seeks a dynamic, fellowship-trained advanced heart failure/transplant cardiologist to join the heart program in Celebration, Florida. The physician will work in a thriving transplant program supported by the AdventHealth health system, collaborating with a comprehensive team of surgeons, cardiologists, coordinators, dietitians, pharmacists, therapists, and social workers. The program includes a growing Mechanical Circulatory Support Device program and a fully developed ECMO program, performing 40‑45 hearts and 30‑50 mechanical circulatory support devices annually, as well as a robust cardiogenic shock program with over 250 temporary mechanical circulatory devices implanted per year. Requirements Fellowship training in Advanced Heart Failure/Transplant Board certification in Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure Ability to perform right and left heart catheterizations and biopsies Interest in inpatient and outpatient practice Interventional training not required but accepted Practice Setting The Institute is located at AdventHealth Orlando, just north of downtown Orlando, with an adjacent medical office building for the office site.
