Job Opportunity: Full-Time Gastroenterologist

Our organization is looking for a dedicated Gastroenterologist to join a well-established practice in Brunswick, collaborating with two other physicians and two nurse practitioners. This full-time role involves a 40-hour work week, featuring a manageable on-call schedule that primarily addresses urgent inpatient cases and occasional prescription refill inquiries. Inpatient consultations will be shared with the nurse practitioners.

The typical work arrangement includes four days focused on outpatient endoscopy and one day dedicated to office consultations. This practice is conveniently situated next to Mid Coast Hospital and the advanced Digestive Health Center. Physicians in this department currently achieve productivity and compensation levels at the 80th percentile according to MGMA standards.

Qualifications and Experience

• MD/DO degree from an accredited medical institution.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible.
• Both new graduates and experienced professionals are encouraged to apply.
