Job Description

• Create Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess each patient's unique needs and design individualized therapy plans to help them reach their functional aspirations.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply evidence-based methodologies to enhance patients' physical abilities, cognitive functions, and daily living skills.
• Engage with Interdisciplinary Teams: Work synergistically with OTs, PTs, STs, physicians, and nurses to deliver comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Empower patients and caregivers with education on therapeutic strategies that promote sustained improvement at home.
• Track and Document Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatments as necessary, ensuring they remain on the path to recovery.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
• Support for ongoing education and professional certifications

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification required
