Outpatient Mental Health Therapist

Location & Work Arrangements Hybrid position based in Newton, MA. Flexible work‑from‑home options available. Salary Range $63,000 - $123,000 per year. Maintain a caseload of at least 25 client visits per week for full‑time clinicians, or increase caseload as desired. Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with team members to meet community needs. Use creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals. Prepare and submit session documentation according to company guidelines. Coordinate services with case managers, families, work and medical personnel, other staff, and school staff as needed. Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings. Required Qualifications and Skills Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution. Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, etc.) preferred. Experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and clinical case notes. Knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and mental health documentation. Ability to complete and submit documentation in a timely manner. Capability to maintain appropriate client boundaries. Proficiency with Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience a plus). Successful completion of a background check.
