We’re looking for a field Project Manager to join our Scottsdale team—someone with hands‑on experience in smart‑home installation, wiring, and networking who’s ready to take the next step in their craft. You’ll collaborate with lead techs and project managers to bring high‑end automation systems to life for discerning clients. What You’ll Do Install, configure and program AV and smart‑home systems including Control4, Savant, or Crestron Pull, label, and terminate structured wiring for audio, video, and network systems Mount TVs, speakers, racks, and related components with precision and care Configure routers, switches, and wireless networks for seamless system performance Programming and troubleshooting of automation platforms Perform quality checks and system testing before handoff to project management Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Communicate clearly with clients, builders, and teammates—representing Oasis with professionalism and courtesy What We’re Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in residential AV, low‑voltage, or home automation installation Familiarity with programming Control4, Crestron, Savant, or similar platforms Strong understanding of network fundamentals (routers, switches, IP addressing) Experience reading and following construction drawings and wiring schematics Comfort with ladders, lifts, and hand/power tools Self‑motivated, solutions‑oriented, and team‑minded Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Why You’ll Love Working Here Competitive pay based on experience ($25–$35/hr range) 401(k) with company match after 1 year Performance bonuses for initiative and excellence Paid Time Off and Sick Time Life‑event perks (gifts for major milestones like marriage, new baby, or first home) Employee discounts on top‑tier gear Work with a team that values craftsmanship, communication, and continual learning At Oasis, technology isn’t the magic—it’s the medium.
