Service Coordinator

$45k - $60k

LHH is partnering with a client in Winston-Salem searching for a Service Coordinator! This role will work closely with office staff, maintenance and Field Technicians. This will be a permanent role with full benefits paying $45-60k depending on experience and will be onsite M-F 8-5. Must have prior experience dispatching and scheduling Technicians to be eligible for this opportunity!

Responsibilities:

Act as liaison between Sales Reps., customers and internal service and maintenance departments
Enter new order requests with all specifications including part numbers, customer information, etc.
Receive parts requests and place PO’s with vendors
Schedule and dispatch Technicians for service and/or maintenance
Provide consistent customer updates throughout job’s lifecycle
Track each job through to completion using Dynamics

Qualifications:

xuwmhxw 3-5 years experience as a Service Coordinator
3-5 years experience scheduling and/or dispatching Technicians
ERP and Microsoft Excel experience required
Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
