What sets us apart is our expertise, experience and commitment.***Each day we dedicate ourselves to treating each other, our customers and our community with care and respect.***Production Supervisor** to oversee our production workshop (assembling, machining and welding - 25+ operators) — ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery while building and motivating a high-performing team.** What you’ll do*** Ensure a safe, orderly workplace and strict compliance with HSE standards.* Guarantee product quality, stop non-conformities, and put corrective actions in place.* Lead, motivate, and develop your team — encouraging flexibility and engagement.* Plan and monitor production to hit deadlines, adjusting schedules and resources proactively.* Work closely with other departments to solve challenges quickly and effectively.* Drive continuous improvement and lean practices (5S, Kaizen, SMED).* Track KPIs and take action to improve safety, cost, quality, lead time, and flexibility.** You are our ideal match if you:*** Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanics and/or Welding.* Bring 5+ years’ experience in mechanical or heavy industry production (small batch or limited-series workshops).* Have strong experience with lean manufacturing tools.* Demonstrate leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.* Are resilient, results-driven, and comfortable under workshop pressure.* Are fluent in English and proficient with Office, ERP, and reporting tools.You’ll step into a role with autonomy, challenge, and impact — where your leadership builds team performance and your ideas help shape smarter, safer, more efficient production.
