Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The successful candidate will provide exceptional nursing care to patients in a rehabilitation setting, focusing on recovery and rehabilitation processes. This position is a day shift role with hours from 7 AM to 7 PM.

Responsibilities:

• Assess and document patient needs and responses to care.
• Develop and implement individualized patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding care and recovery.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Current and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience preferred, with a focus on rehabilitation or related areas.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Orientation and Onboarding:

Orientation for new hires is conducted bi-weekly, ensuring that all staff are well-prepared and supported as they begin their roles.
