Assistant Store Leader - Guest Experience (Oxmoor Center)

Key Responsibilities Cultivate a guest‑focused environment by driving volume and anticipating guest needs. Model excellent service standards and coach associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Recruit, train, and develop a team to achieve individual, store, and company goals. Manage the Mission Monday campaign to positively impact your community and enhance people’s lives. Hold self and the team accountable for achievement of P&L results and statistical standards. Provide timely feedback, recognition, and rewards to associates, driving retention and performance. Qualifications Strong communication skills with an outgoing personality and willingness to engage with guests. Proven record as a successful hospitality leader with a high degree of knowledge in leadership, financial results, guest satisfaction, and employee relations. Ability to maintain a beautiful environment using a keen eye for detail, ensuring a pleasing experience and inviting atmosphere. Genuine desire to make a positive impact on the community and contribute to meaningful causes. Creative and entrepreneurial thinking with the ability to react instinctively to implement revenue‑driven ideas and opportunities. Well‑groomed and stylish appearance, reflecting personal pride and a commitment to delivering a world‑class guest experience. Ability to work a varied schedule with a minimum of 40 hours a week, including holidays, nights, and weekends. 1 year of retail or hospitality management experience. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Physical ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling, and/or squatting, and to occasionally climb ladders and stairs, and to lift and carry 30 pounds regularly without assistance.
