Job Overview: We are actively seeking a Corporate Concierge Superstar to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and corporate services, with a flair for managing various events and activities. This role requires adaptability to a somewhat flexible schedule, depending on property events and needs.

• Demonstrates a proven track record in Guest and Tenant Service Excellence.


• Is comfortable and thrives in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.


• Possesses a deep understanding of premium customer service standards.


• Exhibits the ability to anticipate the needs of tenants and guests.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct tenants and visitors with a friendly and positive attitude.


• Coordinate, place, and manage catering orders and oversee various event-related activities.


• Exceed tenants' and guests' expectations by providing anticipatory service.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and contractors.


• Maintain confidentiality of tenant information.


• Uphold professional telephone etiquette and message delivery.


• Log guest packages, ensure timely delivery, and conduct package inventory audits.


• Monitor lobby and surveillance cameras for tenant safety and security.


• Manage access control, ensuring only authorized entry.


• Address any unsafe or inappropriate behaviors.


• Perform all other duties as assigned, including event management tasks.

Pay range: $21–$23 per hour
