Marketing Content Specialist

Emergent is looking for a creative, hands‑on Marketing & Content Specialist with strengths in content creation, graphic design, video, social media, and digital marketing . We provide light industrial and healthcare staffing solutions to employers and job seekers. We need someone who can turn our customer stories, business ideas, and expertise into compelling content and campaigns. This is a builder and creator role. You will personally create the work —from graphics and videos to sales collateral, social media, email campaigns, and website content. What You'll Do Create graphics, videos, photography, copy, and digital content. Manage content for Emergent's LinkedIn and Facebook pages. Design sales collateral, including one-pagers, case studies, presentations, and digital materials. Build B2B marketing campaigns that support prospecting, lead generation, and sales. Create email content that helps Sales engage and nurture prospects. Shoot and edit customer testimonials, associate stories, and thought‑leadership videos. Create recruiting content that attracts job seekers. Create and update website content and landing pages. Maintain a consistent content calendar and brand across all channels. Track performance and use results to improve future content and campaigns. What We're Looking For We want a maker who can take an idea from concept to finished product. You should be creative, business‑minded, organized, and comfortable personally executing the work. Qualifications 3+ years of marketing, content creation, graphic design, or digital marketing experience. Strong portfolio of work you personally created. Strong graphic design, writing, and storytelling skills. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools. Experience shooting and editing video. Experience with social media, email marketing, and website content. Ability to independently manage multiple projects from idea through completion Experience in B2B marketing, staffing, recruiting, photography, SEO, or marketing automation is a plus.
