Application Specialist

Qualifications Licensed Medical Technologist with a valid professional license. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting. Strong working knowledge of laboratory analyzers, diagnostic equipment, and standard laboratory procedures. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in documenting, explaining, and demonstrating laboratory processes and results. Willing and able to travel for on-site field support and client engagement. Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and within a team. Compensation starts at ₱25,000 plus incentives and allowances, commensurate with experience. Responsibilities Perform laboratory tests and procedures in accordance with established standards and protocols. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory analyzers and diagnostic equipment. Provide on-site technical support, demonstrations, and training to clients or partner facilities. Present and explain laboratory procedures, equipment functionality, and test results to clients and stakeholders. Ensure accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of laboratory results and reports. Maintain proper documentation of laboratory activities, equipment logs, and quality control records. Coordinate with internal teams and external clients to address technical concerns and improve service delivery. Adhere to safety, quality assurance, and regulatory standards in all laboratory operations. Stay updated with advancements in laboratory technology and best practices.
