Maintenance Technician

We're seeking skilled Maintenance Technicians paying up to $32/hr to support production equipment and facility operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. If you enjoy troubleshooting, solving problems, and working hands-on with electrical and mechanical systems, this is a great long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• Maintain motors, VFDs, conveyors, and production machinery
• Diagnose 480V and 3-phase electrical systems
• Read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Support facility maintenance and equipment upgrades
• Help minimize downtime and improve equipment reliability

Qualifications

1+ years of industrial maintenance experience

Electrical troubleshooting experience

Knowledge of motors, VFDs, servo motors, and 3-phase systems

Ability to read electrical schematics

Experience with 480V systems

Preferred

PLC troubleshooting experience

Heavy mechanical repair experience (gearboxes, hydraulics, pumps)

Food manufacturing or GMP environment experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Hanover, PA.

The pay range for this position is $45760.00 - $72800.00/yr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.

This is a fully onsite position in Hanover,PA.
