Position Summary

Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Murrysville) is looking for a skilled Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L) to play a key role on our rehab team. The COTA/L will treat residents, develop targeted treatment strategies, and deliver therapy that helps individuals regain function, increase independence, and safely return to daily activities.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Treat residents and assist in developing personalized treatment plans

• Help residents improve daily living skills and regain independence

• Deliver hands-on therapeutic interventions with empathy and encouragement

• Monitor, document, and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team that values your input

• Educate residents and families on techniques that support long-term success

• Maintain a safe, organized, and positive therapy environment

 

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA/L)

• Active Pennsylvania license (or eligibility)

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility or rehabilitation setting is a plus but not required
