Engineering ManagerAugment is building AI teammates — not tools — that work alongside operations, logistics, and customer support teams to automate complex workflows. We're growing quickly and are looking for an Engineering Manager to help lead and scale one of our core engineering teams as we build the future of autonomous operations.In this role, you'll manage a team of engineers, stay hands-on with technical decisions, and work closely with Product and cross-functional partners to ship impactful, reliable systems.
