• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs

• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment

• Description: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients utilizing recognized standardized assessments and observational techniques
• Craft targeted treatment plans that cater to both short-term objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing aspirations
• Deliver personalized speech therapy interventions concentrating on language, communication, fluency, voice, and swallowing
• Engage in collaboration with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, family members, and caregivers to devise unified care strategies
• Provide education to patients and families to foster progress beyond clinical settings
• Participate in occasional inpatient speech therapy evaluations and interventions, ensuring a seamless continuum of care
• Maintain documentation that accurately reflects patient progress and complies with state, federal, and institutional guidelines
