This is a 6-month contract on a 2-2-3 shift schedule (6:30 PM–6:45 AM), for someone with 3+ years of relevant experience.

What you'll be doing

• Operate production equipment and resolve basic HMI (Human-Machine Interface) faults, escalating as needed.
• Load hoppers and monitor material levels to avoid production interruptions.
• Assemble components and subassemblies per work instructions, including molding activities and GDP paperwork.
• Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of equipment and workspace, and follow cleanroom protocols and gowning requirements.
• Maintain accurate, compliant documentation, including batch records, logs, and GDP records.
• Perform in-process checks in line with GMP, FDA, and ISO 13485 standards.
• Participate in lean/continuous-improvement initiatives such as 5S, Kaizen, and QEK, including required lean curriculum for the associate level.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper PPE use, and promptly report hazards, malfunctions, and incidents.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, and other teams to meet production goals.

What we're looking for

Required

• 3+ years of relevant production/manufacturing experience.
• Comfort working in a GMP, cleanroom, medical-device manufacturing environment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, lift/move up to 25 lbs as needed, and wear cleanroom attire (gown, mask, gloves) for prolonged periods.

This is a 6-month contract on a 2-2-3 shift schedule, 6:30 PM–6:45 AM. Pay has not been published for this role.
