Dynamic Heating, Cooling & Geothermal is hiring an experienced Licensed HVAC Lead Installer to lead residential installations throughout Connecticut.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, can run a job independently, lead a crew, solve problems, and deliver clean, professional installations.
What You’ll Do
- Lead residential HVAC installations from start to finish
- Install furnaces, AC systems, heat pumps, boilers, ductwork and geothermal systems
- Lead and train installers and apprentices
- Confirm equipment, materials and tools before leaving the shop
- Perform proper startup, testing and commissioning
- Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
- Maintain clean, organized and professional jobsites
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Complete required job photos and documentation
What We’re Looking For
- Valid Connecticut HVAC license
- 3+ years HVAC installation experience preferred
- Strong residential installation experience
- Ability to lead a crew independently
- Strong troubleshooting and mechanical skills
- Knowledge of airflow, refrigerant piping, electrical and low-voltage wiring
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Dependable, organized and detail-oriented
- Takes ownership and does not cut corners
