Nurse Director of Surgical Services

Community hospital looking to bring on Director Surgical Services! Bonus Incentive Program and Full Relocation!

Ensures high quality, patient-centered care through oversight of the overall function and staffing of the units/departments in addition to forecasting, planning, and budget monitoring. Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.

• 150+ bed hospital - 65 years in the community
• 6 ORs + 2 Endo Suites
• Key Service Lines - GI, General, Ortho, OBGYN, Ophthalmology, Urology, Podiatry, Spine
• Level III Trauma, Primary Stroke, Chest Pain Accredited
• Robotics - 2 XIs
• Director reports to Hospital COO
• Oversight of OR, PAT, Same Day Surgery, PACU, Endo, OR Schedulers and Analysts
• 3 Managers
• 46 FTEs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required
• Master's Degree Preferred
• 1+ years of recent Acute Care Director or Manager of Surgical Services applicable experience Required
• 2+ years applicable experience in acute care Surgical Services Required
