Utility Specialist - Durango
Durango Casino & Resort
Position: Utility Specialist Department: Internal Maintenance Responsibilities Maintaining the cleanliness of casino and public areas. Cleaning biohazard spills and contaminated areas generally. Cleaning walls, ceilings and vents. Moving furniture, rearranging, and relocating furniture and equipment. Stocking and maintaining par levels of supplies in all porter closets. Picking up and removing trash and broken glass. Properly cleaning and maintaining marble and stone. Properly cleaning and maintaining all flooring in the casino. Cleaning and maintaining high‑end finishes using specialist products. Qualifications Previous public‑area cleaning experience preferred. Ability to climb stairs and ladders, and lift items weighing up to 50 lbs, bend, stoop and reach up to a height of 6 feet, and push, pull, transport and maneuver items weighing up to 50 lbs.
