Dinamic AS Group is seeking a confident, personable, and motivated Brand Ambassador to join our team in Lawrence, Massachusetts .

In this role, you will represent our clients and their brands through direct, in-person interactions with customers and the public. You will help communicate key information, create positive brand experiences, answer questions, and build strong relationships with potential customers.

Responsibilities

• Represent client brands in a professional, approachable, and positive manner.
• Engage directly with customers and provide clear information about products, services, or campaigns.
• Create welcoming and memorable customer experiences.
• Communicate key brand messages accurately and confidently.
• Answer questions and assist customers with general inquiries.
• Build positive relationships with customers and members of the community.
• Participate in promotional events, campaigns, and other in-person brand initiatives.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve campaign and performance goals.
• Maintain a strong understanding of current client offerings and brand objectives.
• Provide feedback and insights based on customer interactions.
