Hardscape Showroom Sales Associate

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused Hardscape Showroom Sales Associate to join our Gertens Showroom Gallery team! In this role, you'll create a welcoming experience for customers while guiding them through product selections and supporting the sales process from start to finish.

You'll work with homeowners, contractors, and design professionals, helping bring their projects to life while contributing to a clean, engaging showroom environment and achieving sales goals.

Seeking candidates available to start right away, working MondayFriday 8:00am5:00pm, with occasional Saturdays and seasonal extended hours.

What You'll Do:

• Greet customers and provide professional, friendly service
• Recommend products and solutions based on customer needs
• Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on inquiries
• Support projects from initial consultation through completion
• Maintain product knowledge, pricing, and promotions
• Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing
• Assist with inventory, displays, and sample management
• Identify opportunities to upsell and build repeat business
• Support showroom marketing initiatives, including social media and brand messaging
• Assist in planning and hosting showroom events
• Collect customer feedback to improve showroom experience and marketing efforts
• Resolve customer issues and support team members as needed

What You'll Need:

• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred
• 2+ years of sales or customer service experience preferred
• Industry experience (landscaping, stone, hardscapes, or similar) a plus
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working toward sales goals
• Basic computer and POS system skills
• Ability to work independently and on a team

Physical & Schedule Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 2550 lbs occasionally
• Must be available weekdays with occasional Saturdays
• Flexibility during peak seasons and events
