Your Responsibilities

As a  Virtual Member Success Advisor , you will:

• Welcome and onboard new members through a seamless enrollment experience

• Conduct virtual consultations via Zoom and phone

• Provide personalized guidance based on each client's unique needs

• Explain available benefit options clearly and professionally

• Respond promptly to client questions while delivering exceptional service

• Build long-term relationships through ongoing communication and support

• Manage appointments and maintain accurate digital records

• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations

• Participate in ongoing training and leadership development

Previous experience in customer service, healthcare, education, hospitality, recruiting, financial services, or sales is helpful—but  not required . We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals ready to build a successful career.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

• Reliable high-speed internet connection

• Windows-based computer with webcam

• Professional home office environment

• Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
