Facility Scheduler

Facility Scheduler needs facility Service contracting, manufacturing or construction scheduling experience. Facility Scheduler requires: Minimum associates degree in business administration or construction/manufacturing/production related field, Facility Service contracting experience. Construction/Manufacturing Scheduling experience. Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and Building Management Systems (BMS) experience. Experience in various Facilities/Construction disciplines (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, etc.) and Commercial Facilities Management. Completing records and reports related to building facilities and preventive maintenance programs. Strong time management, leadership and organizational skills. 5 years minimum of related experience required Must be able to identify and prioritize multiple service requests/projects and perform work with a constant awareness of improving processes. Dispatching Environment, Construction Office Background, Procore Systems, Estimating Tools, Invoicing for Services Rendered, Scheduling Facility Scheduler duties: Manage routine and emergency service requests for both daily incoming and afterhours calls and emails. Create work orders for all service requests, PM?s, routine repairs and corrective action work Schedules and dispatches contractors and team members. Debrief tradesmen and team members after completion of each call.\ Respond to all messages left overnight, including emergencies.
