Coaching and inspire the sales team, fostering accountability and real‑time feedback. Build loyal fans by authentic engagement beyond transactions. Recruit and retain top talent for Assistant Store Managers, Sales Leads and Sales Associates. Partner with the Divisional Sales Manager and HR team to resolve performance issues and policy violations. Ensure timely implementation of visual merchandising, efficient operations and continuous talent development. All other duties as assigned. Qualifications 3‑5 years of Store Manager experience in a high‑performance retail environment. Results‑oriented leadership with strong communication skills. Ability to charm and captivate an audience at all levels. Business acumen and analytical thinking that deliver positive results. Talent magnet skilled in recruiting, retaining, and developing teams with succession planning. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. Minimum age 18 with proof of identification and eligibility to work. Flexible work schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods, lift 50+ pounds and arrive on time. Salary $58,000 - $73,000 commensurate with experience.
