Registered Nurse (RN) Operating Room (OR)

Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (6:50 AM - 3:20 PM) Experience: 2+ years recent General OR experience, including GYN, bariatrics, vascular, ortho, neuro, and plastics. License: Active RN license (verification must be recent) Certifications: Active American Heart Association BLS Must-Have: COVID vaccination (declinations not accepted) Candidates with scheduling restrictions will not be accepted Previous travel experience is required Locals may be accepted

Description: This position assesses, plans, implements, evaluates, and documents nursing care of patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing practice standards. The role is accountable for the quality of nursing services delivered by self or others under their direction. It involves utilizing specialized knowledge, judgment, and nursing skills to assess data and plan, provide, and evaluate care appropriate to the physical and developmental age of assigned patients. Candidates must possess a skills checklist specific to the operating room discipline. Supervisory references from the last 6 months and 12 months are required. The RN license must be verified and up to date.
