Account Executive (Databricks) - Remote

About our client

Our client are one of the most successful Databricks Platinum Partners in North America. They’re growing at an unfathomable rate right now and are looking to continue growing their Sales team in line with the market and demand.

Being a Databricks only consulting partner, this role will require largely “relationship selling”, where you’ll partner directly with reps from Databricks to build pipeline and close deals.

Key Responsibilities

· Full ownership of assigned territory and accounts

· Drive new business development—focus on partner selling with Databricks

· Build and grow a personal book of business, aiming for 30+ commercial accounts

· Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients and Databricks reps

· Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored data and technology solutions

Ideal Candidate

· Minimum 3 years’ experience in software and/or services sales (both preferred)

· Knowledge and exposure to Databricks technology

· Experience with data/analytics, automation, or technology consulting is a plus

· Comfortable working independently and on 10-15 opportunities at a time (high volume)

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Commission

· $100K base salary

· Highly incentivized commission plan, X2 OTE

Quotas & Performance

· Annual quota: $2M (first-year realistic target: $1M–$1.5M)

· KPIs: Quota attainment, new business generation, account growth
