HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Safely operate heavy construction equipment Inspect equipment before use Communicate need for maintenance or repair Following instructions from supervisors and implementing construction plans Perform routine maintenance on trucks/equipment Work in a timely and safe manner at all times Ability to communicate well with other departments to maximize efficiency on jobsites Adhere to safety policies and procedures Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol testing JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a valid driver's license Must be at least 18 years of age Experience in operating heavy equipment Strong work ethic Must be reliable Ability to communicate effectively Must be a team player Critical thinking, analysis and evaluation abilities WHAT WE OFFER: Competitive pay based on qualifications and experience.
