Project Manager (Hybrid)

About the role We are seeking a highly qualified Project Manager/Scrum master with 6+ years of experience managing end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, contributing to impactful projects that align with the company’s vision. In this role, you will: Define and prioritize backlog and features. Work closely with engineering, design, QA. Gather customer feedback and insights. Drive sprints and releases. Track metrics and performance. Align stakeholders on priorities. Write PRDs and user stories. Iterate based on data and feedback. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a hybrid position open to qualified applicants in Austin, TX, requesting 3 days at office per week. Rest assured; we will always be clear about role expectations. What you need to have to be considered: 6+ years in Product Management, owning end-to-end product lifecycle. Strong product strategy, roadmap, and execution skills. Experience with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, business). Solid Agile/Scrum knowledge. Data-driven decision-making using analytics. Excellent communication and stakeholder management. Ability to define clear product requirements (PRDs, user stories). These will help you stand out: Hold a bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field. Possess the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Salary and compensation: The annual salary for this position will be between $60,000 to $93,000 per year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
