Prepare beautiful produce platters/trays for special occasions. Inform customers of ongoing produce specials to enhance their shopping experience. Maintain product quality by inspecting inventory and ensuring freshness. Accurately package, label, and inventory merchandise to meet operational standards. Support safety initiatives by adhering to protocols and reporting any concerns. Exhibit a positive attitude and be willing to assist customers in achieving their shopping goals. Help create a stimulating shopping experience by staying updated on product knowledge and promotions. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing any conflicts calmly and cooperatively. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and report any hazards or irregularities. Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults and provide them with the utmost care and respect. Qualifications: Ability to thrive in challenging situations.
