Here, you will make an impact by:**How you will make an impact*** Providing support for the manufacture of market leading healthcare products in the medical device field.* Corresponding on projects to improve product cost, service, quality, process safety, and health/environmental impact.* Executing technical and validation activities related to new product development and product line extensions.* Assisting problem-solving events to determine root causes and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.* Working closely with production and quality teams to ensure quality of product produced meets or exceeds customer standards.**Your Skills and Expertise**To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:* Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:* Process validation experience (IQ/OQ/PQ)* Experience working in the medical device field.* Experience working in a GMP environment.* Demonstrated project leadership abilities on highly technical and complex projects.**Work location:*** **Onsite: Eden Prairie, Minnesota****Travel: May include up to 0% domestic/international****Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized****Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).****Supporting Your Well-being**Solventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
