This is a hands-on role where you will lead process improvements, data-driven decision-making, and new production initiatives. You will work directly with engineering, operations, and leadership teams to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and support the launch of new production lines. Our team thrives in a fast-paced, agile environment, and we are passionate about turning data into actionable insights that transform manufacturing.Basic Qualifications:• Industrial Engineering experience in a production environment• Experience in project management• Experience developing forecasts, production schedules, or resource load staffing plans• Experience with discrete event simulation of production processes• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearanceDesired Skills:• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Industrial Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience• Experience in planning, launching, and ramping new production lines or factories• Leadership experience, including team management and conflict resolution• Familiarity with SAP, Apriso, VECAMS, Tableau, Simio, or other simulation/data tools• Ability to increase production rates while maintaining quality and efficiency• Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially with Production Operations and Program Offices• Strong organizational and multitasking skills• Prior production experience or involvement in new production programs• Active Secret security clearanceSecurity Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday offPay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $63,800 - $112,470. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
