Key Responsibilities Manage, perform, and document initial and ongoing nursing assessments using our exclusive Life Profile platform, which includes thorough safety risk and skilled nursing evaluations. Conduct combined Life Profile and skilled assessments as a licensed medical professional for follow-up visits. Utilize WellSky for personal care documentation, plus access to our SHNU and SHWM accounts for scheduling, uploading client documents, and creating/editing care plans. Familiarize yourself with specialized training like Senior Gems for dementia care to enhance client support.
