Hotel Front Desk Attendant

Our property is growing rapidly, and we are looking for a night auditor who loves working with people, possesses a strong commitment to customer satisfaction, and has bookkeeping experience! Must be able to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Responsibilities: • Process additional administrative, bookkeeping. and accounting procedures as required • Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required • Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property • Produce and distribute daily weekly, and monthly reports to hotel management, department heads, and general manager Qualifications: • Great communications. and excellent customer service skills are required • Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required • Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required • Proficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desired • Requires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hours Compensation: $15 - $16 hourly
